V&A Capital Completes an Add-on Acquisition for SinterMet LLC
V&A Capital (“V&A”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, SinterMet LLC, (“SinterMet”) has acquired Leadar Rolls, Inc (“Leadar” or the “Company”).
Founded in 1993 and based in Lima, OH, Leadar is a precision manufacturer of industrial rolls. The Company supplies tool steel and other rolls to a diverse set of customers operating bar, rod, section and specialty steel mills in North America. In turn, these mills supply customers operating in the steel, tubing, paper, food, construction, automotive and aerospace end markets, among others.

We are excited about this complementary add-on which helps expand SinterMet’s footprint, product offering and customer base.
